:mjcry: I need us to get either Andre Drummond or another center that can board now bruh.

It’s time to move on from jrue also, the time is now and his value won’t ever be as high. We are honestly clogged at that spot(lonzo, naw, jj, Moore, hart) and zo should be running the offense. I’m honestly not trying to see jrue iso no more, it’s just kinda ugly tbh.

 Wish we could do something to get buddy Hield back in New Orleans. He would be perfect next to zo, bi, Zion tbh. Makes the spacing on the court next level and would pretty much be a long term jj reddikk for us.

Move Jrue, add Drummond for a lakers first and something and send jrue to Kings for buddy. Jrue and fox backcourt would be fire :hubie:
Dont think Griffin is trying to pay for Drummond's next big contract, this is why he is still not traded yet

:yeshrug: Well he needs to trade jrue and probably jj to a contender. We can’t win if we can’t can’t keep anybody off the glass. :hubie: Not that the per d is any better at the moment. But with the amount of 2nd chance points we giving up no team can win that way

I was worried Zion's return with the run this team had been on would spark a turnaround that ultimately saves Gentry's job... I'm simultaneously happy and infuriated that the complete opposite has proven true so far :francis:.

Jrue needs to go, that been obvious ever since we started balling after he went down with the triceps injury. People are gonna point to Zion as the reason our chemsitry we built up is all outta whack now... when in reality it's Jrue and the way Gentry allocates Zo and Ingram's minutes with him back's fault. Zion can fit with anyone and any playing style; the fact that he's the team leader in +/- and still makes a game shifting impact despite being sandbagged on worthless 4 guard lineups at center for the majority of his extremely limited playing time proves that. Jrue on the other hand doesn't fit as a ball handler, a knockdown shooter, or a rim protector... the 3 things this roster needs the most to maximize our true franchise superstar. Hopefully he still has enough value to net back one of those things in a trade... but I doubt Griff grows the balls to move on from him or Gentry till it's already too late :smh:

I know they said they wanted to see how we looked in the 7 games before the deadline. I think they see how jrue is fitting and know he doesn’t fit. The team plays better with zoo controlling the offense. Ingram is better in the iso also. Jrue is dope but he just isn’t a fit for the current team.

Man I though Zion block would spark the team but got damn were we sloppy after that. Turnover after turnover after turnover. Why wasn’t Lonzo in went Zion was? shyt man. We need them on the court together as much as possible. We NEED a guard who can get him the ball in all the right spots. Jrue can’t.

Got me feenin for the days CP3 had Tyson looking like an All NBA player.

that run they went on in the second half of the 2007-08 season was the GOAT season in team history :wow:

a pre-injury prone/pre-bytch made CP3, David West, Peja, and Tyson Chandler were fun to watch that year and still to this day is the only #1 seed in New Orleans team history (since 2002), and Charlotte Hornets team history (1988-2001).

and it's been downhill ever since. from star players not being able to put their uniforms on without getting injured for weeks on end, to absolutely atrocious coaching year in and year out. it's no wonder that after 17 years in N.O. they still can't build a consistently strong fan base.
