I really did enjoy visiting my brothers in law in Ghana. But I already got my retirement condo in GA.

Our African brothers and sisters need the input and knowledge of our brothers and sisters in the diaspora. They are full of promise but don’t have the requisite knowledge to defend themselves against the self hatred that Europe/America brings to Black folks. The people in the diaspora know the dangers of white supremacy, a lot of Africans, especially Ethiopians, haven’t fully gotten the picture yet and that’s because they are being miseducated in their Western style schools.

Also, they don't want to assimilate back into the general culture. They'll do it for any other country outside of the continent but they won't do it there. If this was a thread about going to South America, Europe or southeast Asia there would be a lot more posts in agreement.
