The Amazing Spider Man 1 and 2 are the best of the 3 different Spider Man sagas

The first trilogy is almost impossible to rewatch, from kirstun dunst face to spider man 3 which i pretend doesnt exist at all. The disrespect to Venom should of cost Sony its rights to this franchise right then and there Ill say that the green goblin in the first trilogy was better than the green goblin in The Amazing Spiderman


Tom Holland 1st spider man movie was probably the best stand alone spider man, but the 2nd one felt pretty tough to get through it came on tv the other day I had 0 interest in rewatching it, but as I type this im rewatching The Amazing Spider Man 2 again on tv again

I really wanted a third movie with that cast. Like I’m still pretty upset we didn’t get it. Garfield us my favorite spidey for sure. I don’t think Tom is bad per say, but I don’t like how they’ve made him Iron Mans proxy son.

Andrew is for me, the "Ultimates" Spiderman, he's handsome, not a dork, and doesn't take shyt/get bullied. Yes the basketball/gym scene was corny, but the rest of the film is elite Also the only movie to do Lizard and Electro right. The death of the two Stacy's and a cool suit? I'm in. I hate Toby and Raimi killed the franchise with Topher as venom....Spiderman 2 is a great action flick, but a shytty Spiderman tale.

I will take amazing 1 over the other 2 Spider-Man flicks in that trilogy.
Haven’t watched amazing 2 in a long time. But I know it had the makings of something very dope and just felt off. I can’t point to one specific thing for me but something about it stops it for me.

But it’s not the Spider-Man stuff. The Spider-Man stuff is the best of the entire Spider-Man on screen saga for me. The opening bit, the montage of him saving New York, the fight with electro, the climax. All of it

The nostalgia is what holds a lot of people to the original trilogy, it's their first time seeing live action Spidey so that's a big thing. Personally? Spider-Man 2 is the best complete film but it's wedged in between 1 & 3, which I could leave.

ASM is the best duo of the franchise for my money and it's unfortunate that they never got a chance to complete a 3rd.
