Loma dominated, I think he probably took Marriaga too lightly, but he didn't lose a single round. He opened up a lot and wasn't ever really in an trouble.

It's a little suspect just cause Marriaga looked so small, and was indeed landing some crisp shots. Loma don't seem to have enough pop to continue fighting as aggressive as he does currently.

dominated?...i disagree....to me, marriaga won the first 2 rounds cause he landed the better punches....loma started winning after the 3rd round trip and marriaga stopped throwing punches....it was like someone told him he was supposed to lose cause he really stopped throwing punches after round 3....

this dude loma aint next, no matter how much they hyping up his amateur record....in fact, the fact he was amateur so long is the fact they hyping him up...he already 29/30 and only has 10 professional fights....including getting a title fight in his 2nd professional fight, which he lost....they trying to get some big fights outta him cause he got bout 5 more years, if that...if he was a movie, he'd be called a cash grab, cause that's exactly what he is....calling him pfp #1 after 10 fights? get the fukk outta here lol....

I don't know he's got the gifts but I've always felt like there's something missing :yeshrug: Alright so who is next up for Loma? The Garcia fight is gonna take some work to get done correct? So that might not happen right away. What are some match ups ya'll want to see?.

Garcia fight will never happen, I doubt the rigo fight happens too.

Who knows really:yeshrug:

What I find missing is he don't sit on his punches enough.

Yeah, these dedicated amateurs like Loma and Zou Shiming really don't get me excited. Spent a decade in the amateurs while most creditable fighter were beating each other up in the pros.

I don't remember the second, but I clearly remember Marriaga doing very little in the first, and Loma landed the more thudding blows -- I even thought he stunned Marriaga briefly with a quick 2 punch combo.

He's definitely getting overhyped, that's Arum doing his job correctly. That being said, the man is no pushover for anyone in 130-135. P4P #1 is ridiculous though.

HBO chose Pacquiao over Floyd and here's the result of it. That's why James Lampley always throw darts at Haymon and Floyd. They literally drained HBO's swamp.
Yea and Showtime still gonna be eating after 8/26, their boxing budget gonna be brolic after the revenue from MayMac, thats why I'm not complaining about the fight.

That's the 2nd time Rigondeaux's name has been brought up.. they must be close to getting it done.. that fight shouldn't even be brought up, Rigos too small smh.

I hate hearing SAS talk about boxing lol. Just compared Walters to Rigo...:mjlol:

I stopped watching, in what way did he compare them, skills??
