Bruh, this is my issue at the moment. I can't get my mind right.

I lost a lot of weight between 2015 and 2016, then fell off this year. Now, for whatever reason it's harder for me to say no to food when it's offered or sitting in my face. I be wondering how I was able to even do this the first time.

Maybe me hitting my highest weight was rock bottom and I didn't give myself a choice but to change. I lost that sense of urgency and now I'm relapsing :mjcry: idk

Plus it's hard not having anybody around me who is into health or fitness. Everybody I know is :flabbynsick: and telling me to eat a donut or something cause "it won't hurt, you lost enough weight already" :martin:

I had 15 lbs left to lose and now it's closer to 25-30 :disappointed:

I would say try and lift weights...A lot of women shy away from it, because they think they gonna look like bodybuilders, which is not even remotely possible....

I say this because Lifting weights raises your metabolic rate within a given window , it's like 48 hours, and increasing your muscle mass raises it permanently meaning your body will burn more calories....So your dieting doesn't have to be extreme....If your current eating habits are causing you to maintain weight and you lift, you will go into a caloric deficit and loose fat...Its more sustainable...

I Truly believe losing weight is all about your mindset losing weight is not a easy thing to do your mind is very powerful. Lets talk about it
I think to a certain degree you have to fall in love with some aspect of training or nutrition. If you struggle or don't like doing what's needed on both fronts it's damn near impossible.

Easy for me :yeshrug:

Cousin told me i was fat, hit the gym 3-4 times a week and did an hour of cardio.

Started with 7 mins on treadmill which by week 3 turn to 18 mins straight. I would finish the hour with bike.

Lost 15 pounds in 1 month and 14 days

Now im practicing to do 10 miles straight

This. I'm in and out with it. I'm desperately trying to hold on. Busting my ass out here to not be big no more. :mjcry:
