Bruh, this is my issue at the moment. I can't get my mind right.
I lost a lot of weight between 2015 and 2016, then fell off this year. Now, for whatever reason it's harder for me to say no to food when it's offered or sitting in my face. I be wondering how I was able to even do this the first time.
Maybe me hitting my highest weight was rock bottom and I didn't give myself a choice but to change. I lost that sense of urgency and now I'm relapsing idk
Plus it's hard not having anybody around me who is into health or fitness. Everybody I know is and telling me to eat a donut or something cause "it won't hurt, you lost enough weight already"
I had 15 lbs left to lose and now it's closer to 25-30 :disappointed:

I think to a certain degree you have to fall in love with some aspect of training or nutrition.
