I don’t agree with OP at all. There are limitations with genetics; however, I remember when I was fat and over weight my ass looked like shyt. Now that I’m more fit and I go hard on squats, my butt is firm and had a nice shape (no homo). Also I guess it depends on preference to for what you like, I’ll take a firm ass over a sloppy ass any day.Right the logic threw me off too. If there are muscles in the glutes, and muscles in your body get big with weight lifting, the same logic applies.
Honestly I care about my body being fit to the way I’d like it to be I’m not doing extra shyt to please ppl especially meneither way I’m still attractive

Glad this was said. Ppl forget about Hip Abduction when growing glutes.My theory on growing a booty is that there are three main muscle groups to the butt. The gluteus maximus which is the largest muscle on the lower body ( a piece of muscle tissue that starts at the back of the upper ass and ends at to the lower back side of the knee, the gluteus medius (side booty), and the gluteus menius.
Not enough focus generally is on hitting the gluteus medius aid menius and other hip joint exercises
That butterfly band she is using and other exercises like hip abduction machine/ exercise she is using seems to provide tension on the gluteus meteus aka the side tissue of the ass.
I feel like the barbell back squat whch is good but maybe not be sufficient by itself.
Also probaly intensity may need to be monitored and maybe super sets for hard gainers in that area.
Also easy to consume liquid calories like whole milk or dairy free milk would be a useful tool to grow at least temporarily for an increase in needed calories for the ass.
Also I would add "junk foods" and fast food to a diet plan in addition to clean meals occasionaly or periodically.
To a grow a booty eatting too clean all the time could be potentially be counter productive imo.
