My dad has been living in the USA for 35 years. My grandfather sent him to Italy at age 14 in '76 and then in '78 he came here to finish school.

He's done accounting, driven taxi, got an engineering degree, worked in businesses, started businesses, etc in that time. Couple years ago he was like I have to get back to Somalia, the money ain't here in the US anymore. Luckily, I found a job after graduating and then the last year he's trying to set up a business to get income coming in over there in Mogadishu.

And boy, they ain't lying. There's money out there and untapped markets. Problem is, everything is tied to the Dollar, and I don't see it collapsing soon but it will keep getting weaker and weaker.

It's gonna be time to get silver and gold brehs.

This might be a theme with the older generation of our more recent African diaspora. My dad is looking to move back too and start a business, my uncles already moved back and set up shop straight killin shyt. When I went back to Ethiopia I was seeing really nice homes built by people living here working ordinary to very good paying jobs. All Africans are in on the swindle, use the money to build your shyt then save to start a business or get a degree in a field of need and go home to live like a king. It's gonna be our turn too at some point if we choose to accept it. It's why I'm such a firm believer in that Pan Africanist shyt, it'll be all too easy to give our black family in the west access to these potentially huge untapped markets. shyt would help both sides in innumerable ways.

I can't picture USA falling. 95% of the moves that the American government makes are to gain more power and more money. Wars, invasions, occupying nations, etc. Through every hardship, there lies opportunities.

This right here. The U.S. government and corporations will make money no matter what. And because of that, investors around the world will always come to the U.S. to invest in our country whether its buying treasury bonds, equities, real estate, etc.

If the U.S. falls, everyone else will be in even worse shape. Why the fukk would I want to go where it's even worse?
