You can tell early on who's trolling for the sake of it. This is the internet, maybe 5% of people on here actually know each other and have met and talked face to face. It doesn't matter what is talked about on a forum, it's not that deep, Unless people are networking, sharing quality information or giving links to sites that will help people spiritually or financially, no one should take another person's opinion that seriously.
