But Honestly Mack Hollins is a better version of him who also plays special teams


I think we are set at wide receiver with Mack Hollins and Shelton Gibson as the 4 and 5.

Lets just pray that everyone stays healthy in the wide receiver room especially Alshon and D Jax this season.

I had thought that the Eagles trading away Bennett was a sign that Long had indicated he was coming back, so that’s very concerning. That pretty much leaves the team with Graham and Barnett as the only proven Edge guys. Luckily, the Malik Jackson signing means that the Eagles could go with an Edge rusher in the 1st Round if they need to and then go DT in the 2nd Round. It’s a deep class, so someone should fall.

Bruh...he took the 8.5 because noone was signing him. He failed his physical in KC. I am not a fan of darby. I was excited when we got him but when i watch him i was underwhelmed. There is a chance he starts the year on the pup list

Of course he failed the physical, he is only like four months removed from an ACL tear.

Ajayi gonna fail his shyt too, wouldnt be surprised if he is back on a one year prove it deal as well.

I doubt that no one was interested. Everyone needs outside corner help even if the corner is gimpy at the moment.

Maybe I was whylin with the at least 20 mill guaranteed talk.. But a team with cap space could have given him a bit more on a one year deal to play late in the year for them but he chose to come back to us.


But I cant be mad at the move.

Darby's tackling is bad but coverage wise, he is better than anyone on that roster. He has that recovery speed that no one else has in that secondary room.

When we let Amari Cooper light us up for 200 plus yards like that last season, I was lowkey saying that Darby would have cut that number in half.

Aye, i cant be mad, its a one year deal and he will likely be back in October or November.

Maddox and Le'Blanc had cute little runs, but are not proven over a full season.

To keep it honest neither is Darby. He was great his rookie year in Buffalo, but since then he's been :

- up and down 2nd year in Buffalo
- up and down his 1st year with us
- up and down his 2nd year with us

The physical attributes are through the roof but he hasn't lived up to that rookie year coverage wise and he's a terrible tackler. I don't mind the one year prove it deal since the ACL tear killed his market, but i'm not depending on him like I did when he first got here. If the kids ball out before he gets back let them cook.

Start Rasul...better tackler...he is just as mediocre in coverage as Darby and he gets INTs.. Darby doesnt...

And since he is gimpy.. why not wait and let his value drop more...8m for a often hurt cb who hasnt impressed is no bueno
