O Line is the strength of the team , i think that will make Clements' transition to starter very easy. James could be the starter in name, but i feel Clements will get more carries as the year goes on. very explosive good feet

WR is raw as hell, need Lockhart and a frosh to step up. like Hurns but i dont feel hes a #1

:rudy:

The O-Line SHOULD be the strength but it just isn't. We said the same thing last year and for the most part they looked horrible. This group more than any other scares me cause FSU is loading up on Elite D-Line players n if we're to have any chance we gotta protect.

As for WR I'm really liking Malcom Lewis, n ive read nothing but good things about Lockhart... Jus wish AGL had the grades to get in n not have to prep

ok, well they are all older and Linder and McDermott have had a chance to put on weight. Henderson was hurt all year, so that shuffled the lineup. O Line will be good, need Bunche to step up and start dude has too much skill to be the first guy off the bench

the veteran S pair should help with the inexperienced corners, if Ray Ray wants to go in the first 2 rounds he has to become a more complete player. Telemaque is a frustrating guy, he needs to work hard and be steady or Highsmith might take his job

Top 4
So a team that's replacing their qb, leading rusher and their top two wide receivers, are going to be better with a tougher schedule than they had last year when they finished 6-6?

Just checking :beli:

replacing the QB is a plus, Morris could be awful and still be better than Jacory. Travis Benjamin is easily replaced, no hands no routes i dont feel thats a giant loss honestly

Clements is a similar back to Miller, give him a chance dude can really play just got stuck behind others his first 2 years

So upgrading your QB is not supposed to help you? WR's are not an issue at all and i'm not really worried about the running game. Miller was good but he had his flaws.

I think going with rotating running backs could really be effective this year

yea i know most want to see Clements/Duke with James as the short yardage. which is fine, but i worry about Duke this light. dude is REALLY small, yea he can move but damn the kid needs to add weight

great kid tho, couldnt believe the work he put in to get Tracy, Malcolm Lewis and some others. if there was ever a true Cane its Duke

Duke ain't that small, he's 190 and has the frame to gain 20-25 pounds easy, he'll be good. If he doesn't start, it won't be because of weight problems. I see him getting 10-15 touches a game (not all at runningback, we could line him up at slot receiver too). If he gets some open field space :ooh:

I doubt Tracy Howard starts right off the bat, but i think by the middle of the season he will be for sure. Not sure about Deon Bush yet.

Malcolm Lewis and Robert Lockhart will get some playing time at receiver

If Seantrel Henderson's fat ass can put it together for a season it would really help our o-line.

but yeah honestly looking at our schedule I'll say 7-5. If we can get 8-9 wins, our 2013 recruiting class is gonna be another top 10, because some 2013 recruits are holding out on us to see if the Golden hype is for real, they wanna see results on the field first.

no doubt. but honestly all the recruits we got this class seem so different from the Shannon days, its crazy.

you nole fans better enjoy this while it lasts because in a couple of years we're gonna be a problem again.

Golden managing to get top 10 classes in the face of severe NCAA penalties must have you Nole fans like :sadcam:

Imagine what that boy gonna do once the NCAA slaps Miami on the wrist:ohlawd:

if you remember, we Nole fans were actually going to bat for y'all when that Yahoo story broke but it is what it is....if you want war, we'll bring it...as for the bolded, not even scared :myman: ...you must don't realize, we're getting 4-5* recruits already for 2014 & 2015...as long as Jimbo is head of the ship, we'll always bring in top notch talent..winning:noah: is another problem but the man wasn't bullshyttin when he said, in terms of recruiting, the state of FL in FSU's eyes runs from the Keys to ATL & southern Alabama

FSU aint worried about our talent level, we have to out coach and out prepare for them here on out. not that we have scrubs, but they are getting deep and have a standout potential AA at almost every position

cant wait for a full year of Denzel Perryman @ MLB, we havent had a guy like this since Beason. total animal, i like Gianni Paul and Buchanan to fill out an underrated LB corps. he was a 5* in HS, but i think people sleep on Ramon. if can keep his speed @ 230 he can be an All ACC OLB, no doubt in my mind he gets sideline to sideline in a flash

as far as the running game goes, dont forget Mo 'Lorenzo Neal Jr' Hagens. my man is vicious, and can carry the ball well too for his size. Botts can boom the ball @ P, the small pieces are there its all about the big parts doing their share
