We definitely have to acknowledge the effort to push Black talent in the WWE right now

What does protect against aew even mean :rudy: you a damn fool if you think Kofi, Bianca, Sasha, Bobby, Street Profits, were given titles because of aew.
Your WWE shilling is kind of transparent now breh please stop

It's like OPs shtick with The Rock but not as fun

Yeah basically

Because this could have happend 2 years ago, 3 years ago, 5 years ago

Its transparent that this is being done as a countermove to protect against AEW

We not about to give Vince pat on the back for this shyt we just glad to see Black people shinning

Yeah, that's where I'm at with it. On one hand, it's great to see that so much black talent is in a prominent position right now, and at least in position to be part of their future plans.

But on the other, a lot of this talent has been on their roster, and been ready for this usage for a long time now. It's completely normal to look at this with the side eye, regardless of whether or not you care about any of the other options out there now.

Yeah I don’t think it has anything to do with AEW

I think it has more to do with the state of the climate today. The prominence of “BLM” and the feminist movement have caused both to become peak marketing strategies. It’s only right that WWE would follow with pushing women to the top of the card, and having black faces shine

Don’t be surprised when they’re pushing LGBTQ imagery heavily next.. it all boils down to selling a product to a consumer, and the black consumer is highly valued right now. They want our dollar…

And that’s not a knock. It’s smart business. But don’t get it confused and start believing the WWE is trying to battle social constructs and change the world lol they’re just trying to remain profitable

Wouldn't be surprised if this happened to be recommended by Peacock/Comcast due to streaming metrics.
