Probably not, it always goes back to MJ in some capacity. Even though he studied the aforementioned, he wasn't a count stepper and that natural ability when moved by the music, is why he still reigns as number one.

I don't give a fukk if you consider prince to be the better singer, you absolutely cannot take away the title of best dancer from MJ. Nobody has done it better. The only person who has tried to reach his level and come close was hammer and now hammer is status. He wasn't even doing most of the dancing in his latest music video.
