“Heard some talk out of the Bears: Packers secondary not working coverage, bigger receivers … we heard about it,” Woodson told Rachel Nichols of ESPN. “We understand that Jay is excited about his new weapons, but it’s the same-old Jay. We don’t need luck; Jay will throw us the ball.”

Woodson straight :pacspit: at Culter :pachaha:

I agree that Cutler is overrated

My argument has nothing to do with whether or not Cutler is elite, and everything to do with him being better than Alex Smith.

Cutler is rated just right if you ask me. The kid has a lot of potential, give him a decent offensive line and I think he is unquestionably a top 10 QB.

Well tell me why he is better than Alex though, don't just say it.

Because right now Alex has 24 td's and only 5 int's in his last 19 games dating back to week 1 of 2011.

Alex posted a higher passer rating last year than Cutler ever has.

Right now, Alex Smith is better. I`ll bet all my coli cash and then paypal money on the fact Alex finishes with a higher passer rating.

Cutler got 5 picks in his last 2 games, Alex has 5 picks in his last 19

He has only regressed as a player.

Potential is the wrong word, physical ability is the correct term.

He's an idiot with the ball and he folds under pressure, that isn't changing.

You might be right at the bolded, but that Bears offensive line is :scusthov:. Most QBs would fold under pressure if they got hit every other play

Yes last night they were atrocious.

But Cutler been folding more than laundry his whole career.

Woodson said it best, Jay is still Jay. Jeff George's illegitimate son

The difference between Cutler's numbers & Smith's numbers from 2006-2010 >>>>>>>>>> the difference between their numbers in 2011. Only 5 picks is impressive, the 24 TD's not so much. One year of looking like an actual professional QB doesn't all of a sudden wipe away the previous 5 seasons of desecrating the position

Cutler lead his team to victory on more occasions than Alex Smith, he has way more impact on the success of his teams than Alex Smith. One fluke playoff game against the worst pass defense in the league doesn't change that. If Alex Smith can put together two seasons of quality QB play, then maybe we can have this conversation

Cutler gets hyped more for his potenial and arm strength then his actual production. That's why he's overrated

There's a lot of QB's id take over him right now

I`m not talking about 2006-10 though.

Because let's be honest, that has no relevance into right now. I`m saying Smith is better than Cuter, RIGHT NOW.

Smith was one of the bottom 5 qb's in the nfl before Harbaugh got there, we all know this.

Like I said, we`ll have this discussion at the end of the year

Spot on, potential isn't even the word.

He gets hyped off of arm strength alone. He has a lot of physical talent but he is a nitwit.

I have to agree. This nikka is always good for a few 3 int games a year just off of horrible decisions.

granted some of these int are on the fault of the receiver like homie not coming back to the ball last night.
