Despite all the arm talent Quinn has dude just doesn't have that IT factor. His footwork is still terrible and he can't navigate a pocket to save his life. Also seems like he has no real faith in his deep ball. I agree he should probably be replaced but Sark is likely going to let him play this season out as QB1.

Ewers is comfortable throwing short and occasionally throwing deep if his receivers get good separation.

He doesn't like intermediate throws or anything resembling a tight window throw. You don't have super tight windows in CFB....so I'm not sure how he's going to translate at the NFL level.

Question with him is whether it's a mental processing issue or if he just lacks confidence in his arm. In a tight game where they can't just "out-talent" the other team, he seems to fold a bit too often for the QB of a Top 5-ish team.

Arch will have some bumps along the way but he seems to have "it" in a way that Ewers still can't match even with all the experience.

Quinn never had arm talent it’s time we start be real about it. Bad footwork or not no qb floats balls like he does if they have great arm talent. He can’t faith in something he doesn’t have

Quinn isn’t even good throwing deep let’s be real. He doesn’t throw tight window throws because he isn’t all that accurate. I do agree with that second and third paragraph he just doesn’t have the it factor and tbh we won’t win a chip with him.

Let's not overreact breh. We've seen Quinn make plenty of NFL throws before, but dude is almost a shell of himself now. Idk if it's mental or the injuries, regardless breh needs to get right.

Morning after and that loss still sucks but if you told me we'd go 1-1 playing OU and Georgia back to back and that 1 loss would be the first of the season I'd take it. We need to rebound against a tough Vandy squad next week though. The rest of our games are very winnable.

No he never had a great arm he’s never been good at deep shots are really anything over 12-15+ yards. I’m tired of excuses for him it’s year 4 for him he shouldn’t be playing this bad in big games
