We have Maalik Murphy committed for the '22 class

So if you knew Casey Thompson was black why did you ask that question? Jerrod Heard was also black, so was Tyrone Swoopes. I’m still failing to see what point you are attempting to make here. Hornsby is a huge project at QB, the guy that recruited Milroe to Bama is now the head coach here. We also have a black QB committed in the ‘22 class. So yeah what do you know?
And your fanbase doesn't even want him. Swoopes was a scrub. Heard...another QB that was moved prematurely.

Your program/fanbase propensity to gravitate to white QBs has been your downfall.

Heard was moved to WR because we had a 4 QBs competeing for QB1 in Spring 2016 & Heard was tied for last place on the depth chart. However I've always felt that Heard should've moved back to QB when Tom Herman was hired because Heard is a better fit for the offenses that Herman ran at UH & tOSU.

The UT fanbase & media loved Milroe and HATED that our 2020 OC drove him off. And as previously pointed out we currently have Maalik Murphy committed for the 2022 recruiting class. Here's a highlight from 1 of his games earlier this season:

That's not accurate. My brother has a 247 account so I know what was really being said.

Initially, UT fans loved Milroe. Then when Ewers committed and Milroe de-committed your fanbase turned on Milroe and said he was running away from competition. It's not till yall lost Ewers and found out what happened between the OC and Milroe did you guys realize what yall lost.

If I'm lying I'm dying.

Apparently there are some backdoor communications going on with a bigger fish at QB. We honestly need help at every position group on this team though. Its almost to the point where it appears Charlie left this team in better condition than Herman did.

Charlie recruited NFL talent and Hermans success was rooted in Strong's recruiting classes.

Then you’re dying. 24/7 is a small segment of the UT fan base. When Yurcich got here and started publicly offering more QBs while Milroe was still committed it rubbed a lot of fans the wrong way. Most knew what was up prior to him decommitting so I have no idea why you think we didn’t know until afterwards. No one wanted to lose Milroe, he was the bell cow for that recruiting class.

And to whatever your original point was, now that we have proven your original question was bull shyt, outside of Kyler Murray(Aggie legacy), and to some extent Hurts, what black QBs out of Texas has UT missed on?

We don't need just help on the portal. We need Sark to deliver ARCH MANNING to Texas. It's between us and Georgia.

Isn't Arch a 2023 recruit? He will bring alot of players with him hopefully but not sure how that helps us the next two years. Don't really want him starting as a true freshman either.

Basketball team gets Gonzaga tonight. Will be interested to see how they look against a top team this early in the season.

And oh yeah the football team plays Kansas. :russell:
