Why do you think we don't need a plan B? Fickell & Sark don't get me excited at all. I'd rather give Herman another year (Which would also be a full year unlike this season) with the new staff.

The problem is after fukking up the last 2 hires a lot of people that matter patience is short. They want as close to a sure thing to be the next hire as possible or the buyout money may not be there. I get it to an extent, but if you look at the Herman tenure he wasn't that far off, we don't necessarily need to go big game hunting for the next coach, we just need someone to have displayed they are a competent coach and their team doesn't show the same mistakes a Strong, Herman team does. Quiet as kept, we almost fired Herman and hired Matt Campbell last year but this time Matt Campbell isn't good enough. But whatever they do they need to do it fast or our next 2 recruiting classes will definitely put the program behind, but despite the reports out there we haven't gotten a hard no from Meyer yet anyway, but it is definitely leaning that direction. They'll say its health issues, but the real issue is he didn't get the responses he wanted when he(Meyer) put feelers out there to put together a staff.
