Lost in this is the defense is actually starting to play better. They are getting together quarterback more and more each series.
The talent in that secondary room is ridiculous. Owens, Barron, Crawford, Thompson, Alford as depth guys is ridiculous. I'm high on all those guys.
Corners need to come up and press.
If we don't score a TD on this drive and we end up losing this game, I'm going to blame the offense for the loss. As inept as the defense has looked at times, I've gotten used to this level of defensive play in this conference. The offense with senior Sam needs to carry this team.

Let me remind you again, Houston Baptist threw for nearly 600 yards on this defense and I’m quite sure Texas has better athletes than Houston Baptist. This is a piss poor offensive game plan today.
