Y'all nikkas hearing anything about Tony Levine being the new special teams coach or John O'korn transferring to UT? Both would be nice additions for y'all if that's how it works out.

I knew once Strong had a chance to the hit the road on recruiting, that pipeline to the 305 was going to be crazy. Texas is going to get good in a hurry.
Yes to Levine, the O'korn thing is just starting to make its rounds though. Not sure of the validity of it.

O'Korn, much like Boykin, played really well under Meacham. He doesn't have a ton of reps as a QB (moved from Pennsylvania to Florida in hs) since he barely played before his senior year in hs but in his short time he won a state title at St. Aquinas his last year and was a freshman all American and conference newcomer of the year as a freshman. We literally had no QB coach this year and he suffered. Whoever gets him will be getting a guy with legit NFL potential. If you guys stick with Watson i think he'd be a good fit.
O'Korn isn't likely to UT because he would have to sit a year. If he was a grad transfer that would be different.

I feel ya. How is Heard progressing? I know a lot of folks hate Watson but I liked what he did for Bridgewater. Doesn't look like he'll get much time to sort it all out though.
Has the talent but needs to work on time based routes/concepts and reading defenses.

the kid has the keys to the richest most powerful collegiate football program the minute he steps on campus. he can either have that or sit behind kyle allen for 2-3 years. i know his dad wants him to play asap. hopefully KM hasn't been institutionalized too far into that aggy cult to change his mind.
