What about the rules regarding how many battles are required by a person in the WBC/IBF each month? Something to prevent ppl from manipulating the system to stay at their current rank without risks off going down in rankings. I think everyoen should have a specific amount of battles per month leading up to the PPV event with selected bouts.

good point... maybe require 2 matches a month to keep your top 10 rank (top 10 are WBC contenders)

yea I think 2 battles per month would be ideal...one week to prepare and one week for voting to commence (if it takes that long) and then repeat those steps for the next two weeks in the month.

If you have a good argument for a fight it can be over ruled by the council so there won't be much ducking. There is no requirement for a battle per say but the more you fight the more you can use it to say you beat these quality oppnents when it comes time to negotiate for a fight you want. If you're in the WBC now pretty much all of those people should be able to compete with each other in a match. This system works such that if people don't have time to battle they just won't battle. However if you skip out for to long a period you could get dropped from the WBC. In activity will come back to bite people.
