I have a few questions:
What were the standards to make division 1 or 2?
People from division 1 should drop into division 2 when someone manages to rise to div1 right?
And by the way calling division 1 and 2 the ibf and wbc can bring confusion but that's just me..

The standards was a selection based upon a few coli peers + Performances in past battles.
Yep when someone rises from D2 another falls from d1
WBC= D1
IBF= D2
To give it a feel similar to the boxing commission.
The two tiers creates a greater feeling of accomplishment, a greater sense of urgency to those in d1 afraid of falling, and a greater sense of pride and importance on the ultimate prize.
This league is like the Dark Souls of beat leagues. You will die a lot
