That's not the point, the point is that for an absurd amount of time a single town has been mistreated and overlooked because it's a poor area that is majority people of color, so the governor is ok to just let them live in squalor like a slum lord. If this was a white suburb the gov woulda had their water fixed ASAP... It's not like people in Flint aren't going out an buying bottles of water, the point is they shouldn't have to.
