This is incorrect. That used to be what scientist thought about the Komodo. About 15yrs ago they discovered that Komodos actually have glands that produce venom. They just don't have fangs. The venom oozes from ducts in the gumline. They've tested and broken down the compounds and everything. 100% fact now that Komodos are venomous.
