I prefer this style of animation. Looks like the comicbook art. and not all kiddie shyt like modern cartoons. Characters look like they belong in a goofy cartoon now.
I'm not even talking about now. Out of all the big 90s super hero shows, this one has the worst animation.

The whole series is influenced by the Jim Lee Blue/Gold team era..animation was perfect for 1992-1997.
Are you talking about the fluidity of the animation or the actual art style? Cause there art was pretty much based on Jim Lee's illustrations, which were God tier among comic book art at that time. The drawings on this show were much more detailed than most if not all other US cartoons at the time. Now the animation, especially after rewatching it, was something pretty clunky. That shyt was hit and miss. When it was good it couldn't be touched though. Most other cartoons, especially comic book related, went with simplistic drawings of the characters, which sometimes made for smoother animations. Batman TAS had simpler designs but the art was so stylized and different that it was in a class by itself.
