Often times they have someone to guide them through the process or someone who has shown them every step of the way to financial independence. Definitely not the same as figuring things out on your own or being the main one in the family who has things in order

Besides I have seen quite a few black couples on the vacation home editions of house hunters or the ones where they buy foreign vacation homes. You not fukking around when you can buy a vacation home for 300k

I've noticed HGTV being played in more public locations like doctors offices. Way better than fox news (looking at you McDonald's )

It's the same agenda, they just keep they politics out of it.
