Watch this Video and see if you feel the same way about Zimmerman case

For those that don't end up watching it i'll summarize some of the main points. Lets try to keep personal stuff out of it and simply bring up facts and try to pin down the more likely situation of what happened as opposed to a narrative that fits what you want. These are not my bulletpoints just a summary of the video



*Trayvon Martin was taking MMA classes and tweeted that he hopes his next opponent gets to bleed more
*Stolen property and tools to break into homes were found in Trayvon's locker but school did not want to have police involved and didn't want police report
*The Iced tea that everyone talks about which was found was actually Arizona Watermelon drink....Trayvon Tweeted that mixing skittles robitussun and Arizona Watermelon drink makes some "fire ass lean"
*Autopsy found Trayvon's liver damaged by lean which supports idea of someone being paranoid
*witnesses claim Trayvon was on top giving Zimmerman mma style blows while Zimmerman yelled for help
*Zimmerman actually helped out a homeless black guy who was assaulted by son of Police officer and Zimmerman put up flyers until son of Policeman was charged with assault of homeless black man
*Timing shows Trayvon was not being pursued and was waiting and could have gotten away from Zimmerman but waited for him when analyzing time span and distance
*Police did not charge because Zimmerman's head was being pounded on concrete and had he not shot Trayvon permanent damage or death could have occured to Zimmerman
*Charges did not happen until there was political pressure from white house and other political forces which shows evidence of weak case

All this to say Trayvon deserved to die friend? Wow, lets ease off the demonic thoughts. The character assasination of Trayvon does not escape the fact that Zimmerman, armed with a GUN, profiled trayvon before knowing him by saying *these punks always get away*, pursued him against police orders, got out of his car to confront him because he felt safe with a gun and then shot him dead after losing a fight. Its sickening and its sad you need to make us feel like Trayvon needed to get shot to further your point.

this will be my last thread on this issue. Its a very divisive topic and I truly do sympathize with the Martin family because Trayvon while not a perfect model child (who is?) was not someone who deserved death but from all evidence i can see Trayvon was the aggressor

Its just a risk your always going to take if you are aggressive towards someone and beat them up especially when it comes to the head and your dealing with possibly making someone a vegetable

i think we all agree on who was the aggressor but now the points have shifted that Zimmerman is evil because he should have just taken his beating without regard to possibly causing permanent brain damage and when your there in that moment there is no way to gauge what kind of damage will occur and according to Zimmerman he felt like he was about to lose consciousness so for him that was the breaking point to use lethal force to save himself...if he truly intended to kill Trayvon from the start he would have done it much sooner and thats why second degree murder was a terrible over charge

Exactly, if people want to drag Trayvon's name through the mud with things that may or may not be related to this case, then why can't Zimmerman's history of violence and not quite PC racial feelings be discussed?

At this point I'm tired of arguing over irrelevant points. People want to muddy the issue, throw strawmen arguments out there, and just flat out tell people they are wrong for feeling like justice was not served. Well, that's someone's opinion to have, just like you're entitled to come up with whatever sounds good in your head to justify an unarmed 17 year old being killed. Zimmerman is only free because the state didn't do a good enough job proving his story was BS, and the only other direct witness to the altercation was killed in the process of it.

Pretty much how I see it. Prosecution screwed up by pushing for second degree instead of manslaughter. Judge threw in the option at the last minute, but it should have been the focus during the whole trial.

1) Trayvon may or may not have been a thug, but even if he was.... so what?
2) Dispatch told Zimmerman not to follow him and he didn't listen.
3) Zimmerman took his gun to follow a dude who was just walking and Trayvon is now dead. Why the need to bring up racial issues? Why can't we just consider this a murder case?
4) The media politicized this to the max, which did the entire country a disservice and may have changed the verdict. SHAME on the liberal media!
5) Everyone that I speak to regarding this case is an idiot. They are either on the left or the right, but why? Because it has been too politicized!!!

In conclusion... Everyone is stupid!

Tell me what was the use of bringing up race?
You talk about racial profiling, Zimmerman was not a cop, he was neighbourhood watch on a power trip minus the power.
He followed a guy walking and he had a gun with him and confronted him for no reason, end of story!

Zimmerman is full of garbage. If his head is being "pounded" on concrete, he would have been concussed almost instantly, leaving him basically like a rag doll. If that was the case, I don't think there would be any chance of him pulling out his gun and shooting. The extent of his head injuries would have been significantly worse. He was clear headed, had clear speech and had his story straight immediately after the fight. The verdict of this case has me feeling like I'm taking crazy pills. This is an absolute injustice.

If i am the prosecutor i hire someone to debunk zimmerman's story with someone doing real time demonstrations or someone with knowledge of how head trauma works and whether someone is capable of feeling like they are going to be going unconscious and whether they can grab a gun

and again all exponential evidence corroborates Zimmerman's account...no witness or video evidence has shown anything to the contrary if so please post it and if its out there there has to be a reason why the jury discounted it or it wasn't shown to them

You think Zimmerman knew that he was making a drug potion? hell nah, he just followed a dude for no reason.
Trayvon's previous tweets, his liver, getting into fights at school..... it's all irrelevant because Zimmerman didn't know any of these things when he follwed him.

the last fight i got into about 3 yrs ago before giving up fighting altogether i found with this one nucca. it was a fist fighting that i ended up winning. the fight started in a house and went outside and i pound that nucca outside by the sidewalk. his body was on the sidwalk his body on the grass. when i was done with that nucca he was almost dead. and he's face was all fucced up beyond recognition. i don't know how white folk fight but i'll tell you if you are the recipient of these fists you'd be done by the first 2-3 blows. i wouldn't smash you're head on the concrete because if i did that i know the if i grab your head and smash it once on the concrete it would explode.

that was no fight those 2 got into. zimmerman was hit 1-2-3 blows and said fucc it and pulled that thing out and tray was running from him calling for helping after realizing too late that nucca had it on him. but after those blows zim dude was shaken to the point where he had to come out on top and shot kid.

you cannot go by anything zimmerman said because he's fighting for survival to beat a case. he WILL lie to get off the case. it's up to the justice system to proof him otherwise.
