You hit the nail on the head. Poole was not in a good place last season after the Green incident and then knowing they are rolling with Green no matter what (which is highly questionable at this stage in his career).

Poole has upside and will get a chance to be a full time starter on the Wiz. I do wonder if Washington makes play to bring back Kuzma on new contract.
I probably would have kept Poole and moved on from Green but I get what they think he means to them.

It’s a low stakes gamble tbh. They’re probably looking at mainly developmental pieces this draft and I don’t believe they have a pick next year. So it’s 2 years that don’t matter either way. Either he’s positively flippable by 2025, you sell for 50 cents on the dollar, you waive him, or you let him waste another year and then flip him as an expiring

There’s just not many real cons to this move for Washington tbh
Waive a player with 60 million left on his contract lol … a bruh … whatever you say

The league is so carefree and offense based , free flowing, everywhere EXCEPT GS. Poole is gonna thrive outside of GS

I said it before…

So Kuminga, moody, and wiseman all just don’t know how to play. Oh and Poole too… after he did enough for them to give him 140 mil. Damn must just be bad luck!

Like cmon people. These dudes can in play. GS is just another universe and they legit have some stockholm syndrome around Draymond

I'm the Wiz I offer Kuzma a 1+1 team option team friendly deal around 10 to 15 mil per and dare somebody to outbid

Keep him

Next season he's Non Guarantee

Well after this upcoming season
Warriors clearly trying to reduce that tax bill …if they wanted to keep the money there was no need to trade Poole right now ..they could have don’t it next year but they want the tax savings … only way I see them not trading CP is if he gets injured and cannot be moved or he has some last hurrah and they are in contention ..other than that he’s a nice trade chip

The Coli: These treadmill teams gotta blow it up and tank!

*treadmill team blows it up and tanks*

Also The Coli: NO NOT LIKE THAT! :damn:
:mjlol:
Those two concepts don’t actually run against eachother …we saw the kings fail at rebuilding for 20 years becuse of bad decisions …correct?

Kuzma's agent would laugh you off the phone. He opted out of 13 mil, you want him to take 10 for a short term stay? If you wanted him to sign a short deal, you'd probably have to offer closer to 30M AAV not 15
