when the real version of her came on the Enterprise for a visit she shytted on him for making modifications to engines SHE designed. He told her that shyt happens in space and they have to make adjustments.
Then he invited her to his room to “talk”. Since he snooped in her personnel file he knew what she liked to eat and he made it with the replicator. Dude put on some jazz music and turned the lights down and changed to regular clothes

In the Pocket universe novels, she got a divorce and they got married.
with Geordi’s abilities and smarts he should’ve pulled a 24th century Stefan Urquelle and got his swag up. Not too many brehs on the Enterprise so what was stopping him from being the flyest motherfukka on the ship.
He could’ve got at Q and cooked up something like some neo-Trap music and held some concerts in the holodeck instead of beating off to a hologram. I’m sure on one of their stops he could’ve bought some 90s fashions from a Ferengi merchant and tried out some different looks. Retrofit the visor into some stunna shades and hit his lil flattop with a nudred sponge
