Fukk your corny debates
Just asking. Cause one guy is 14 time (?) champ and the other is often seen as almost a punchline, but I don’t see much difference between them.
Triple H had a better look cause he’s tall and roided up.
In the ring, they’re about the same. JJ is probably the better technical wrestler, he’s just smaller.
Neither of them are much on the mic.
Both got pushed to the moon in 2000 by their respective companies, but JJ worked for RussoCW which was awful and HHH was with the WWF that was at its height of popularity and success.
Triple H had to win a KOR that nobody cared about and be paired with Chyna when she first debuted, made HBK’s lil homie in DX, put with New Age Outlaws, then with the Corporation and fukk the boss’ daughter and still didn’t really draw on his own. Even during the Attitude era, his title reigns had the lowest ratings compared to his WWF peers. He always had someone else with him...HBK/DX, McMahons, Evolution.
Jarrett never drew, but he was often wasn’t in the best situations. WCW fukked up his 1st run there from the start by making him a face. Austin refused to work with him in 98 so he never got to be a main eventer, whereas Levesque was put in the main event by creative decision, not because he got over. Blue blood HHH wasn’t getting any more heat than country singer troll heel Jarrett.
Jarrett’s forced push in WCW 99-00 mirrored HHH’s in WWF to me. WCW was a dumpster fire and WWF was thriving by then though.
