I got a lot of catching up to do with movies 
I liked it.
It was gritty and more serious than Batman movies have usually been.
I don’t think this movie and its sequels will have the mainstream blockbuster appeal that the Marvel movies have had in the last 15 years. And that’s okay.
I think there’s more depth here.
From a commercial perspective it’s going to be hard to match the Nolan movies. But to me that shouldn’t be the goal.

it was dope.. good acting, good story and the cinematography was top of the line. Didn't rely on CGI
Great movie. I always tell my friends about how much people sleep on R Pattinson’s acting because of Twilight. Dude has a decade of S-tier acting under his belt and still doesn’t get his props.
This is the kind of hero movie I prefer, something grounded in reality. Really a detective movie tbh.

The only part i didnt like was the fact that he had to turn his cape into a wingsuit... ingenious but he still fukked up on the landing while in baman begins the cape can actually turn into a rigid hang gliding cape with the gloves... Also batman's level of parenoia was off the charts...other than that I was surprised how actually good it was...

I wouldn't put it over Heath Ledger Batman movie nor the 1st Tim Burton Batman movie but it was 3rd. Its two major knocks for me was time (it's too long) and not enough action.
it was...good. not groundbreaking or anything like that though. 7/10
Nobody is going to vote the villian in this as the best batman movie villian.
Kid did a good job as batman, but nobody is going say he is clearly the best to ever don the cape either.

Loved the presentation (visuals and sounds) and it was very entertaining for the first two thirds;
unfortunately way too long and I didn't like the third act at all. Came out of left field, like the plot grew another head, but not like a hydra, more like a tumor.
