You guys are forgetting about Weebay. Remember when the stripper was dead at the party and he just kinda shrugged. Or when he (falsely) confessed to a few more murders for another sandwich.

I'm not sure I would call that ruthless, I mean Weebay was already being put away for life so what are a few more bodies. Plus Weebay was willing to let Kima go when he killed Orlando. So Weebay you could say has limits.

Meanwhile Marlo had that security guard killed because he looked at him the wrong way
