He was a bit all over the place. But that comment to the Nick is the crux of it. Everybody in that room got money and can do something about it. Individually or as a collective. But you're gonna write a bill, send it to a senator or a rep, who could have wrote that bill months and years ago, and expect something to happen.

But he has a point. The gov't can end a lot of this shyt but choose not to. And I'm not cool with citizens having to use their personal funds to solve an issue the gov't can solve when we pay the gov't literally every single day we leave the house.

It goes right back to the point of people yelling for Oprah and Michael Jordan to fix up shyt they have no personnel or business ties to.

Why did Karlous agree to do this show? :picard:
Karlous was being his regular ass self and the shyt played perfectly into reality TV "drama". All breh needed was some dramatic music in the background instead of them J.O.N. guitar beats

He does have a point. Did any of those people vote for politicians that said they would end homelessness or present a plan to end homelessness? Given the lack of "yes" that was in that room, most likely they didn't do that. So if they feel that's it's their problem, they can start some non-profits, fund some non-profits, or vote for people who will solve the problem.

He’s right and wrong

In principle he’s right, homelessness is not his problem, it can be solved drastically by politicians, and all of the celebrities could do more.

But for the sake of the activity he’s wrong, because the same argument could be said about any activist/charitable/political idea that could’ve been chosen :manny:
