Health is also a skill.
MJ, Pippen and Rodman were better at taking care of their bodies than the warriors are.

The greatest ability is availability. Can't give them a pass for getting hurt doing the same thing every else did without getting hurt.
Next time don't skip leg day :yeshrug:

Curry is built like a freshman, no coincidence he suffered ankle injuries for half his career.
Durant looks like he never seen the inside of weight room in his life. Not surprise his body failed him when his legs look like twigs. Klay is not very atheletic, doesn't do alot of high flying and yet still tore an ACL.

MJ, Pippen, and Rodman were all three more physically fit than those three and never missed entire seasons due to sprains and tears unlike those three.

Curry looks like a freshman yet has the highest deadlift on his team. He is in elite shape and probably covers more track than any other player in the league.

Klay had been an ironman up to this point and only had one season under 73 games played.

2 of them succumbed to freak injuries, not to mention that Steph and Klay have been through 5 straight Finals playoff runs which none of the Bulls did.

Scottie back was toast in '98 and Dennis missed over 15 games twice with the Bulls. MJ also missed an entire season because of a broken foot, same as KD.

As Kobe demonstrated, you can take excellent care of yourself to help stave off injuries but it really comes down to luck and genetics.

*takes out cigar*

Kawhi and LeBron will always have a bit of respect from me. Bron for making that 73-9* season mean absolutely nothing and Kawhi from stopping a 3Peat.

Fukkit, I'll take a Canadian winning a one-off over these Bay Bozos getting that 3Peat-Clout.

No he wasn't. Scottie opted not to have surgery during the '97 offseason and missed about 25 games at the start of the season. When he returned, he was back to original form. In the '98 Finals, he suffered 2 herniated discs in Game 3 and got Cortizone shots for the remainder of the series

Get your facts str8.

MJ broke his foot wayyyyy early in his career....long before he started conditioning his body. :camby:

That besides the point. According to your boy's logic, Scottie was injured because he didn't take care of his body. That's stupid and we know that's not the case for any of the players we're discussing. Injuries happen. Working out consistently can help but it won't save you from landing badly and fukking something up.
