Ricochet and Hanson Give Farewell Speeches at Home Promotions (VIDEO/PHOTOS)

Amidst rumors that both will soon be heading to WWE … Ricochet and Warbeard Hanson gave farewell speeches last night for their home promotions.


Hanson confirmed he was “going away” at a Chaotic Wrestling event on Friday and jokingly added “I don’t know when I’ll be back. Probably like six months because I can’t really keep my mouth shut in front of people.” He then put over the future stars of the company before leaving to a big ovation.

As for Ricochet, he unsuccessfully defended the PWG Championship in a surprise Guerrilla Warfare match against Chuck Taylor — then gave a speech to the crowd in which he thanked Chuck and said PWG will always be in his heart.

For those unaware, it’s been heavily rumored that War Machine and Ricochet have signed WWE contracts and will soon report for duty at the Performance Center.

If he debuts as Ricochet and/or they put him on 205 live he will be just another guy on the roster

I haven't really been following Indy wrestling/TNA, but is he really a big enough name to come back on the main roster? Just remember Drew McIntyre came back to NXT and he was dominating the Indy wrestling scene AND was an established name on the main roster during his first run.

whats funny is all of these names, minus the rock, were mostly known from WCW, yet WCW was the promotion that was being criticized for using the WWF's stars.......and most of those names like the hogans & savages were already stars before going to the WWF in the 1st place.

Hogan and savage would not have been as big as they were without vince... and goldust, Steve Austin and mankind were not stars when they got singed to the E.... doesn't matter if they came from WCW they are who they are because of WWF
