Difference is with Ye' even at his peak, he was humble. And I mean that in a rap sense. As In, he never flexed his muscle and tried to make it seem like he was flat out better than rappers. He flexed on America, not his peers. His music has always been very personal. Heart Wrenching shyt.

Drake can't go an album without talking about how much people need him, or taking random shots at rappers. To do that, like you're so much better than your peers and then not be the person behind the pen is insane.

I except Ye for what he is. Because the experiences are still his. He pens songs about his mama dying, family etc.

On top of that he doesn't produce. No one has ever said Ye' was a great rapper, we say artist. Drake has had a claim as a GREAT RAPPER. And he's always made it clear everyone knows that. There's a difference in that.

And like I said, those are all rumors. We Heard reference tracks. a la Lil Kim and Biggie style.

He has no claim to anything, any more.

Hes not talentless because like I said, he's vocally gifted. That can't be denied. But he's talentless with the pen. And has used writers his whole career. From ABEL to PND to Quentin. he's a fraud.

Drake also has personal songs and songs about personal experiences. Being called the n-word at school in Toronto, relationships, his parents divorce, his dad's incarceration, his grandmother's death, etc. His last two projects have been shallow but I mostly fukk with Room for Improvement up to Take Care Drake anyway.

Look at the tracklist for his projects the writers are listed. He wrote The Calm and The Resistance and all those Drake songs we love. All his early Phonte-inspired material was written by him. There's no way he got this far without writing anything that's CRAZY. Again Abel and PND don't write raps...


Regardless you're writing anti-ghostwriting rants and love Ye. It doesn't matter that he produces he's still a rapper and culturally it's supposed to be a no-no. Kanye fathered Drake...like father like son eh? It's a part of the game. You know damn right these guys don't need ghostwriters not even Kanye. I think of it as a top athlete using steroids.
