People know this but because the just want to play stupid.
He's right that white women have benefited the most from DEI efforts so far. And he's right that studies show they hold far more leadership roles than Black women. However, that doesn't mean it's a failed policy or that it can't work for everyone. What it shows is that these programs need to be strengthened so they better address the unique challenges faced by Black men and women.

Disproportionate gains for white women are the result of deeper systemic issues, and fixing those takes real focus. Instead of scrapping these policies entirely, it's more effective to build on what's already there, and refining it with intentional and targeted goals and strategies. Trying to rebuild something like this from scratch in an increasingly hostile environment only make things harder.

I don't get the indifferent attitude to the all-out assault on these policies by Trump and his "let's fight anti-white racism and discrimination" allies.

You wanted to come in here quickly and get your daps up huh?

Black people both male and female overwhelmingly voted for Kamala. Everybody else it was not so clear.

When will idiots, like you, realize that this country is wicked and rotten to the core? The democrats nor republicans will not save you. All the black voting in this country could not have tilted the outcome.
To be fair we send way too many c00ns l, crooks, and soft hearted reverends to political office. We need to elect some b*stards who’ll play the game but look out for us.

What do you mean when you say that though?
Politicians who are willing to do whatever it takes to protect the interest of their constituents. Republicans campaign on a pledge of looking out for their voters’ interests annd appeal to voters along class and race lines.

Black and Latino politicians in NYC get elected and start talking about being socialists like Bowman or start kissing Jews asses like Eric Adam’s or Eddie Torres. Just be about the black working class people that got you into office.

But thats not the only ones who voted for them, If it were they'd probably lose.

All that protesting and what we ended up with is symbolic gestures, sappy commercials, promises, renegged policies, money in the wrong hands and slogans and slang that were used against us.

:mjlol:

If the past 5 years haven’t been a wake-up call for those wise enough to catch on, then you and your next generation are in for some bigger shocks.

On the surface it was just civil unrest and a pandemic, beneath that surface, it was the consolidation of most of the wealth common people still had a chance of touching.

Just my take though.

:sas2:

The window to not be a slave in a dystopian sci-fi future is closing… quickly.

Sadly cacs long realized Black folks won't do shyt on a personal and collective level and will still frequent their racist stores..
What can be done? We one nothing, A black owned business still is full of non black products, Financed by a non black institution, We need to stop the divisiveness and build up. We have no leverage to be making huge demands, You can constantly consider yourself lowman on the totem pole and expect somebody to just pick you up, You got to take it or prove your worth. Begging ain't it, unless you got something else to back that play,

No we are actually pretty good at boycotting. I think it’s them betting we won’t because this isnt blatant racism, just a retrenchment of racism. Also Wal-marts customer base is mostly these racist whites in rural and suburban areas.
But thats not the only ones who voted for them, If it were they'd probably lose.
Those weren’t perfect examples and you have a point, but that is still the type of politicians we need, and they can play ball with other groups but should know who their base is.

"Bothsiders" here are parrots who repeat whatever their thought leaders think and say.

Majority of them don't strike me as the type to have goals for education, starting families, home or business ownership. So laws and policies advancing or restricting those opportunities don't really mean anything to them.

I agree with you that they sold out their kids.
They're a bunch of dry dikk misanthropes that ain't shyt, know they ain't shyt, and wants the world to burn because of it. They really have more in common with magats than they think.
