I mean I wake up at 5 am so I can workout before work either lift+basketball or cardio
Gets that shyt out the way so I ain’t gotta worry about that after work

Pre-Workout Skincare Routine - 4 am - 5 am

gym - 5 am - 6 am

morning skincare routine - 6 am - 7 am

read books - 7 am - 8 am

commute to work - 8 - 9 am

I WFH so this schedule works for me the best

Morning workouts are the GOAT. Get everything out of the way. Don't have to worry about last minute plans fukking up your regiment, etc.
