I can't get rid of this acne I got and it's freaking disgusting. First off it's only on the back of my neck and my back mostly upper. The ones on the back of my neck are real hard the seem more like boils I've always got these for years but not this bad, and the ones on my back are just pimples and some big blackheads. I've been using stuff from my dermatologist (This is only the second time I ever went to one) He gave me a cleanser with Glycolic Acid and a topical antibiotic called Clindamycin. I have been using this stuff for around 3 weeks and no real change at all. I sweat alot at work and when I sleep ( I usually sleep on my back) Maybe this is contributing to the problem. I shower twice a day at least and when I am at work I always wash the sweat off my face. I don't know what to do I got another appointment Tues any help will be greatly appreciated.
