thanks for the get well wishes brehs ....I'm down to 150 . Still some pain so I'm just focusing on taking my meds and resting now I have zero appetite. I might post up some pics once I start to feel a bit better I literally look like someone deflated air out my muscles. Sh*t is mad discouraging brehs I feel like I was maybe 5-10lbs from my goal and now that sh*t doesn't look like I'll be able to hit it this summer. Hopefully I'll be able to at least get back to where I was before getting sick.
