Literally, yes. And when it happens over state lines it becomes federal. A lot of these people haven't considered any of this shyt. That's why the language of these situations tends to be very particular (escorting, paying for time, paying for company etc). But a lof of these people just sending DMs and $$$ requests don't think about it too carefully.
