think of it this way:

When you're rich/famous, you can't meet average girls cause you can't really get to know them.

How are you gonna hold convo or just meet tons of college girls your age? Most of these entertainers aint that old...but they got the mentality of high school dudes for the most part.

So the women that DO get to them, aren't really about shyt in their personal lives. A few might have degrees and meet these starts via PROFESSIONAL relations like lawyers or doctors they do business with, but its rare for these circles to overlap.

The women that they DO run into a lot tend to be professional groupies more or less. And when you know one, you know them ALL.

Thikn about the type of woman that would actively be able to say she slept with Lamar Odom, D Wade, AND Damon Wayans Jr in one sentence. thats not your average chick.

I really don't think it matters and isn't really quantifiable at that level of society. Are we talking a difference in days, months, years? I doubt she goes a month or two before being on the arm of some Black celebrity.
