I've been doing this, I take about 15,000-20,000 iu of vitamin D3 with magnesium, and some vitamin k2 a day. I've come in contact with many people and test drove their cars during my job and I never got sick. This also might be the reason why black people in America are getting hit hard by this virus, while black people in Africa aren't...due to them having higher Vitamin D levels overall, because of more sun exposure.

15,000 a DAY? That's a lot even for a South Sudanese breh living at the north pole

I had just posted something about this in the main coronavirus thread last night. Wish I would've seen this one. Was reading that lack of vitamin D in calves may be the cause of something called bovine coronavirus. Last year I had severe calf pain when walking long distances and had to be prescribed vitamin d which I still take practically daily. I reminded my friend how last year we went to Vegas and how I was having trouble walking long distances cuz of the pain and showed him the info I found. He gonna reply back that I was patient zero. :mjlol:

Was interesting reading about that especially since I had those same symptoms in the past. I even got new shoes to help ease the pain which he recommended, some Azics ones.

Had a similar thread at the start of the lockdown and explained the vitamin D defiency... Basically @śïñe•qúå_nøn it's not about it killing the virus it's about being weak due to a lack of vitamin D ..weaker imune system... Basically..having equal chance as other to fight it.

Always take zinc with food or even orange juice (the acid will help break it down) to avoid nausea.
