Just take it with magnesium and Vitamin K2 so it can work properly. Magnesium helps to convert it to the active form in in your body, and K2 to prevent calcium from going to the wrong areas. You can also get K2 from hard unprocessed cheeses and eggs...I have a whole bottle of vitamin d in my room and never took it

while this is true, if you look at a lot of his videos, he seems to amp up vitamin D as this magic cure all.I been to a nutritionist before and he said that we all should be taking extra Vitamin D especially if you have more melanin. He said there’s no way most of us get enough becuz we aren’t outside enough and to just assume you don’t. As far as other vitamins and minerals go look on the back of a multi vitamin bottle. Most of them have enough of what you need for the day especially if you have a decent diet. The ones that aren’t 100% are the ones you wanna supplement or increase the foods that have them. Be cautious about what you put in your body becuz taking supplements without proper knowledge can upset the balance in your body and do more harm then good. Also make sure to take a probiotic so your gut absorbs the vitamins and minerals better
