Biggie's not in my Top 25 either. I'd have him in the 26-30 ranking. I'm not a fan of Life After Death, and because those 2 albums are pretty much all we have to go on, he's been surpassed by plenty with quality and quantity. I would say that it's weird that neither he nor Nas is listed but there's no 13 so....

I find it hard to rate rappers cus so many of them have fallen off. Like say DMX. He was that dude when he dropped his first two albums, but by 5 years into his career he became a joke. Or what about Busta, we supposed to ignore his last 10 years of bullshytting?
And Im not hating, I love those two dudes. But their mediocre years hurts their legacy for me. That's why artists like say, Outkast, I'll rank higher. Because they always made dope shyt and knew when to step out of the game (as a duo).
