The corporate line is, they do xyz, to help them back into civilian life, once they leave the military. But a lot of the problems as to why former military personnel become homeless and have addiction issues comes later on down the line 6-18 months after leaving. They often only care about the first 6 months, not the time after that.

Some people need the regimented routine, as it makes life simple for them and cannot adjust to having free thinking and will. Some are so traumatized from war, from what they did or saw, that they become addicts to blackout the memories (this is often the case with people who've been sexual abused, especially as a child). Some become addicts because of the physical pain from injuries suffered. And then you have the people who become dangers to their family, who end being kicked out/divorced from the family home and lose access to their children, as it is an unsafe environment. And then you have those who just want to die.

My best guess is that being raped by the military gave her some degree of shame and powerlessness given how worshipped they are in the country. Theres also being a woman and not being believed. This was also potentially further activated by her company not having her back and possibly thinking she could be fired for it. Considering she had a young daughter at the time I could see why she told only a few people.

The being a women and not being believed shyt is an outright lie and u know it bro...
Allegations of sexual misconduct, gets ppl fired and locked up... just allegations.

So with all that being said... all we have here us someone saying something happened without any evidence...
I'm not saying something didn't happen...
But u cant just believe everything someone says just because shes a women.

You dont even sound like you believe her breh :francis: You mean to tell me that these troop worshiping cacs that hold all the chips will let that taint their precious military? Vince basically proved this in her affidavit. I'm not saying you're wrong, because it has become more of a bigger deal now but you cant tell me that 10 years before #MeToo that this would have been looked at favorably on her
