Did he even mention WWE by name? He just explained why he had to be away from the place that made him sick and now he's returned. In that aspect there was nothing wrong with what he did and it's a success to the people, and that's all that matters, not what Booker says, you can tell he doesn't like Punk anyway for many years, so wouldn't pay much attention to it really, it's not objective.

I don't think anyone is, but it almost sounds like he didn't watch the thing. Punk didn't mention WWE by name at all. If anything, he gave a throwaway line-- but he referenced ROH and fukking said he was there to face guys like Darby.

he probably didn’t watch it in it’s entirety

His entire comment is disingenuous and I could almost guarantee he’d be singing a different tune if the name on his paycheck was different.

but it isn’t. He’s getting paid healthily by WWE to pop up on pre shows and not sign elsewhere… so he’s gonna do their bidding. It’s not that deep or shocking

I’m not gonna call him a c00n and all that extra shyt for it. He’s simply waving the flag of the bum ass company he works for.

I wouldn’t ask one of Drakes OVO flunkies to give the latest Ye record a review and expect an honest answer

Lol the stans are gonna try to kill Booker T but he’s just doing what he’s supposed to do for the company that’s keeping him a multi millionaire.

Is his “opinion” wrong and completely disingenuous? 10000%

But what y’all expect the nikka to say? “It was amazing. CM Punk tore the roof off!!! it’s over for us over here at WWE!”

Like.. get real. This shyts a non story
There’s some middle ground between him being a boot licker and acting like it was the greatest thing he’s ever seen. He wouldn’t even stand up for himself after getting buried by HHH but has the energy for Punk. :mjlol:

Yeah, Chicago wanted a verbal tour of all the places they already know, instead of wrestling talk.

He said SPECIFICALLY he wanted to work with and elevate the young talent, starting with Darby. Did this tap dancing mufukka even see the promo? :gucci:
Only way this makes any sense what he's saying is he didnt watch it

The Rock would have talked about every landmark in Miami, that everybody in Miami frequented since they were little bitty kids, he would have talked about the bridge that they had to come across, he would have talked about the school that we had to come up fighting in - he would have had those fans going crazy with excitement.

What the fukk?! :russ: Rock's promo work would NEVER talk about this shyt. :mjlol:

I don’t know man…

Y’all willingness to get rid of one of our few black wrestling legends because he wasn’t head over heels for this white mans debut doesn’t really sit right with me..

He’s clearly waving the flag of the bum ass company he works for. I get it… but him being a Sambo, Uncle Tom and all of this other shyt for not bowing down tho CM Punk’s debut in ANOTHER COMPANY? I don’t like that…

Book is wrong. His opinion on this is obviously disingenuous, and he’s clearly only criticizing it because he works for the opposition. I don’t respect it, but that’s where it stops. Y’all be doing too much

Booker T stays having his foot on the neck on young black wrestlers in the guise of “motivation”. In the NBA we see old jealous nikkas hate on young players making the money they never made, and just hating because 80s and 90s guys can’t take the court anymore. It’s similar shyt with Booker we have a generation of guys way better than he ever was and he can’t take it
