WWE just taking some of their earnings off of Cameo and Twitch would be similar to 360 deals in music. Wanting to stop them from doing it at all, rather than collect some money and let the talent make some money, would be carny lunacy. But now that it's been posted that WWE is trying to place their own versions of those sites on WWE.com, it makes more sense.

Biden as president won't radically change how corporations are treated, but doing something about WWE's questionable independent contractor designation of their wrestlers while maintaining such a high degree of control over them isn't far fetched. Especially given that WWE's major political connections in Washington would be gone with Biden as president.

The wealthy that makes up the establishment doesn’t consider Vince one of them. Vince became friends with Donald Trump with WM 4 & 5 and then his 7 million dollar Trump foundation “donation” as a mania payoff in 2007. That’s the only way Vince wealth ever parlayed to any real world influence. When Trump is gone so does any influence Vince has outside maybe the local politicians in Stamford/Orlando. Pro Wrestling has always been an easy target in the US.
