Does there really have to be big skyscrapers, malls, and fast food joints for some of you to truly enjoy Africa?

Its seems like some of you just want a western lifestyle and system with black faces.

It's how we measure success. America has set itself as #1 so the more Americanized a place the more successful and first world it seems.

It's also because American media is constantly pushing forward a picture of Africa as a poverty filled wasteland where everyone lives in huts. So to see it as a modern metropolis is quite astounding.

But you are correct. We should have our own standard of success and our own forms of architecture, city design, and lifestyle that we strive towards.

For example, Africa is a warm sunny place. We could easily live in houses that are built like this all year long

Yes breh, yes. Last I heard there were 10,000 of the Nigerian Diaspora moving back per month. That's a huge number.
And considering that the country is still developing, engineers of all types are more than welcome.

Some get set up to get robbed by the same females they're oogling. A lot get pimped for bread when they go back. All get taxed to high hell. It's simple, they're there, but believe, if they are conducting any type of big business, they are paying to be there and if they don't they're expelled. (See chinese miners)Tourists just get taxed, nothing harmful, and if you're messing with a ashawo, like a lot European men, a lick is likely. Africa is too lucrative of a market. Everyone is there but i hope more western black people invest.
