I keep thinking about Mass Effect after playing the trilogy again and finally finished it. I think the hook for Mass Effect is you as the player making decisions and determining outcomes that way. You turn it into a tv show or film and it takes that out of it. Outside of your decisions, Shepherd isn't really defined as a character

I'm not saying the story wouldn't lol I'm saying the main character is you and the only way to make a proper movie is to have a main character who is defined and when you do that, do you know how many fanboys are going to be pissed off? Saying what Shepherd would and wouldn't do? All because those aren't the decisions they made.

The Mass effect universe and lore is so big that you don't really need it to be about Shepherd.

Yeah I thought about that but then I hit myself with the but to be fair, I'm still too close to the game at this point

Mass effect hands down..

the story, the history of its fictionial technological advancements is just dope as fukk. it just sounds believable like its something we really gonna bump into hundreds of years from now

quick run down for anyone who may not know..

in like the year 2160 something, humanity finds a cache of ancient alien tech on mars and after studying it finds out that hidden in the frozen moon of pluto is a machine that can fast travel you to other galaxies around the universe. After crossing to other side and trying to make settlements on other planets they find out they not alone after a race of alien called the turians descend on them, but then a galactic governinng body named the council (which is made up of other alien races) gets in the middle and recognizes humanitys potential and grants them an embassy....the game begins a couple years after that and humanity is trying to earn they respect still

its a great fukking premise ever since playing the game i knew it would be a great movie/tv show...anyone else that played the game wil tell u the same thing

Ninja Gaiden could make a good action/ninja flick. Gotta have the right director/main actor though.

Crysis could work too. Maybe more of a Netflix movie though.

I agree with everyone saying Mass Effect 1. I got into that game late, I remember when I put it in it was a blizzard here in DC (the Snowmaggedon joint for those in the area). Man we were off work for like 2 weeks. My brother and my girl watched me play that joint like it was a movie.
