Yea I agree. I know EXACTLY what you mean and felt that the cop could well SHOULD of attempted to restrain her in some other fashion. She didn't have any weapons on her so it wasn't like she was going to knock the other cop out or attempt to kill him.

The most I think the other cop should of done was seperate her from the situation and sheild the cop and her baby daddy while trying to talk sense into her.

That's what i originally said it's a murky situation. I hope she's alright though.

Though he had physical control of the situation, his lack of emotional control shows justification for INTERNAL police action.

Once he tazed her, and had her bent over, he had 100% control of the situation. Her yelling, was nothing but a noise disturbance. But at that point he became the aggressor. A stern voice and clear direction such as, "MA'AM I UNDERSTAND YOU ARE PREGNANT, IF YOU CONTINUE TO RESIST, PHYSICAL FORCE WILL CONTINUE TO BE USED AGAINST YOU," should have been used.

The dialogue between the two in the video was no longer than 4 seconds. He's not ready for real action on the street.

The type of cop to pull you over for no reason, come to the driverside with the gun drawn, you make a move by mistake so he shoot and kill you, then he plants the dope and throwaway...
