But then what would the point of that be? If they want to be perceived, but not by video or photos, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Especially if they're appearing in such a condensed location on one of the biggest days of the year. Now granted, sure, we're talking aliens, so applying human logic to them may not be easily compatible. But still.

I'm sure the technology exists and wouldn't be tough for a hypothetical alien being to achieve. But in this instance, it just doesn't line up when the only image in question we have is from a video filmed at night from a far distance. We're also hearing about this days later, why? I'm seeing tweets mentioning that things were cut off around the area like power, but none of this has been verified. On top of that, we have people trolling and making fake witness reports because of course they will, but seemingly nothing on the night in question -- just days later, when we're all seeing this. You'd think if something as crazy as an alien appearance at a mall really happened, we would've heard about it instantly in these times.

They could be interdimensional and not really "here" and that's why pictures can be blurry. But it's also too convenient of an excuse, not to mention, how do we even begin to prove that? And with all of the other things up in the air, it just doesn't seem likely that aliens are at the heart of this. It's fascinating to think about though.

My main point is life forms in other parts of the galaxy, other galaxies etc are not necessarily subject to the same limitations we are. We can take it a step further and say they’re definitely not subject to our limitations if they have the capability to travel to Earth which would mean they can teleport and/or travel way faster than the speed of light, possibly both.

They would also not think the same as we do, so what might make sense to us may make perfect sense to them. People tend to have a very limited and anthropocentric point of view in the sense of they don’t even entertain the possibility of reality beyond our limitations and the 5 senses. We’re not able to defy the laws of physics nor perceive beyond our 5 senses therefore it must be impossible for other beings to do so.
